Program Launch

Our Premier For Life Rewards team conducts initial training and installation at YOUR location over a 2-day period -- with no operational interruption. We’ll train all appropriate team members on how to implement, optimize and maintain the program so you and your customers get the biggest benefit.

Monthly Training

Your dedicated Premier For Life Rewards Account Manager will visit regularly to assist you with monitoring and maximizing program results. He or she will also train new team members, maintain an inventory of materials, and share “Best Practices” from other successful Premier For Life Rewards Dealers.

Fixed Ops Tracking Software

The Premier For Life Rewards Dashboard works on every device, tracking results in both sales and service.

Day of Training

  • Kick Off Meeting with Upper Level Management
  • Sales Meetings, Including at lease one Sales Manager in each session
  • Fixed Operations Training is handled by PFL VP of Operations
  • One-On-One Training with selected personnel from each department
  • Conclude Training Day with follow up Managers Meeting

Virtual Training Opportunities

An Account Manager will be assigned to your store and will visit on a regular basis to assist you with monitoring and maximizing the program. They will also train new personnel, keep an inventory of your marketing materials and share “Best Practices” from other successful PFL Dealers.
